Over the past six years as a Product Designer, I’ve noticed a pattern I never planned.
It all started with my first UI/UX projects in a B2B marketplace, where every screen had to earn a buyer’s trust and keep deals moving. That’s where I learned that good design is about making a real impact on both the people using a product and the business behind it.
I didn’t set out to specialize in e-commerce or conversion. But somehow, every project kept pulling me back in that direction. The more I worked on these problems, the more I realized how much I enjoy the CRO process, especially A/B testing. Some tests won, many didn’t, and the losing ones often taught me the most: what works, what doesn’t, and how small changes can lead to meaningful results. It also showed me that a dollar invested in UX and CRO today can save a business far more down the line.
That path also led me to an opportunity to work on a project I’m genuinely proud of, helping improve a social proof app used by more than 4,000 brands: Nudgify.
Somewhere along the way, what started as a pattern has now become my mission: to help DTC brands improve their performance through CRO-focused design. I find what’s holding customers back on the homepage, product page, and checkout, and turn it into experiences that convert.
Because growth isn’t always about spending more to bring people in. Sometimes, it’s about making better use of the traffic you already have.
